I studied in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School (Los Angeles/California) & Escoffier Culinary School and I have received my degree as a Pastry Chef .
Our Story
I have always appreciated the rainbow of colors, the beauty of flowers and the life of animals. I always enjoyed the sweet smell of fresh baked goods right out of the oven with a cup of coffee.
My love for cooking started at the early age of 7. As I grew up, I was still very excited to create my own recipes while trying different ingredients. Later on, I took painting and sculpting classes but that did not satisfy me. I looked back at my childhood and remembered the voice of my belated father who always referred to me “as the best cook in the world”. His remark motivated me to follow my dream professionally. Twenty years later, I studied in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School (Los Angeles/California)& Escoffier Culinary School and I have received my degree as a Pastry Chef .
I learned about the spectrum of colors. I got to try different tastes from all around the world. I learned to bring life to my vision.
I finally found a way to challenge my creativity and travel my road.
