Years of Baking with Love

About me :

From an early age, I was drawn to the beauty of color, the elegance of flowers, and the quiet inspiration found in nature. I’ve always loved the comforting aroma of freshly baked pastries, best enjoyed with a simple cup of coffee.

My journey began in science, where I graduated as a biologist and developed a deep appreciation for precision, balance, and structure. Over time, creativity led me to the world of pastry, where I continued my training at Le Cordon Bleu in Los Angeles and Escoffier Culinary School, graduating as an honored student.

It was there that I discovered the harmony between science and artistry—where technique meets creativity, and every detail matters.

In 2023, I opened my storefront bakery, offering a variety of desserts. As the business evolved, I realized my true passion was in custom cake artistry. I chose to step away from the storefront to focus entirely on creating bespoke cakes—each one thoughtfully designed and uniquely personal.

A deeply personal chapter in my life—my mother’s journey with cancer—inspired me to create recipes for those with dietary restrictions, so no one feels excluded from life’s special moments. I made a promise to be part of those moments, even if only for a few minutes.

I also carry with me the memory of my late father, who always called me “the best cook in the world.” His words continue to guide and inspire everything I create.

For me, the greatest reward is seeing the joy a cake can bring. In those small, meaningful moments, I feel I’ve found my purpose.

Today, each cake is created with intention—balancing flavor, texture, and design—to offer not just a dessert, but an experience.
